A&C Letting Agents are an independent very well established company founded in 1986 by Patricia Hopkins and dedicated solely to the letting and management of residential property in the West Sussex area. The busy office is managed by Lee Hopkins who has been directly involved in all aspects of residential letting for over 25 years.

Probably the most important decision you will need to make when letting your property is to choose the right agent - one that you can trust and one that has genuine experience. After all many people would agree that "nothing counts more than experience"

We are member of NALS - the National Approved Letting Scheme - an industry recognised and Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service.

Tenants deposits are all bonded securely within The Dispute Service tenancy deposit scheme which is fully insured and industry approved.

The basis of trust and confidence has been the keystone to our success and has generated many excellent referrals over the years.

Finally we would ask you to note that our fees quoted for full property management are for the complete service offered. There are no hidden charges or additional fees and extras. Our fee has always been black and white.

This means that Tenancy agreements - Inventories - property inspection - Tenants check-ins and check-outs - arranging for repairs - renewal of Tenancy agreements plus bonding of tenants deposits are included in our fees quoted.
