businessman picture A&C Letting Agents are an independent very well established company founded in 1986 by Patricia Hopkins and dedicated solely to the letting and management of residential property in the West Sussex area. We provide a comprehensive letting service with clear concise fees

We firmly believe that the most important decision you will need to make when letting property is to choose the right agent. One that is well established, has a proven track record and one that you can trust. At A&C Letting Agents we pride ourselves on being able to offer a very professional and personal level of service. We do not use computers to match tenants to property! and neither do we claim to let your property in 24 hours! However what our Lettings team do have is 62 years experience between them and most people would tend to agree that nothing counts more than experience!

Finally, we would ask you to note that our fees quoted for full property management (click on "Services") are for the complete service offered; there are no hidden charges or additional fees and extras. This means for example that, Tenancy agreements (and ALL tenancy renewals) Inventories, property inspections, Tenants check-ins and check-outs, arranging for repairs and other essential day to day management duties are included in the fees quoted. No other local Letting Agent is as thorough and competitive.
