A&C Letting Agents are an independent very well established company founded in 1986 by Patricia Hopkins and dedicated solely to the letting and management of residential property in the West Sussex area. The busy office is managed by Lee Hopkins who has been directly involved in all aspects of residential letting for over 22 years. One of the very first things that you will notice when contacting our office for the first time is that you will not be confronted by

" the young eager salesperson ". In fact quite the contrary.

Finally, we would ask you to note that our fees quoted for full property management (click on "Services") are for the complete service offered; there are no hidden charges or additional fees and extras. This means that Tenancy agreements - Inventories - property inspection - Tenants check-ins and check-outs - arranging for repairs - renewal of Tenancy agreements and other essential day to day management duties are included in the fees quoted. How many other agents advertise their fee !
